Hours by technician
How these numbers are built
- Shop Now = WIP. Active WOs: Corridor status Open or Preliminary (Angelo, 2026-10-22). Closed WOs still listed in the Hub are not counted. Material lines are limited to WIP WOs. Quotes live in the Quotes tab with the same rules there (an expired quote counts as lost).
- Unit type. From
wo_technical_assets.scope_level: complete engine (incl. multi-engine), module (loose module or coupled assembly), component / LRU (HMU, FCU, other loose components). "Not recorded" = the field is empty or holds a workscope value instead of a unit type. Loose parts have no value of their own yet. - Period and min. WOs per bar. The period (month to month) filters charts by finish date (turnaround, financials), purchase date (rotables) or PO date. The "by finish" charts switch between years and months; the month view shows the last 24 months of the period. Groups with fewer WOs than "Min. WOs per bar" (default 5) are faded: one or two WOs can swing a median, so do not read them as a trend.
- Snapshot. Read-only extract of
ahs_hub_productionthrough the shared toolAHS DB Access/ahsdb.mjs(the only database connection). The page cannot connect to the database itself; Claude re-exports and republishes it to refresh. The time of the extract is shown at the top. - Turnaround. From
historic.v_wo_turnaround(Corridor dates, Angelo 2026-10-26). Main: WO created (CREATED) → closed (DATECLOSED), closed WOs; it includes customer approval and parts waiting. Secondary "real start → close": only WOs whose CorridorSTARTEDis more than 1 day after creation (Corridor fills it automatically at creation on most WOs). Planned (expected) dates are never used. Engine Shop and Field Services only; Alabama and other departments are out. - Workscope. One Category 1 per WO on the 11-rank scale (highest-precedence task across all modules). SB / TU compliance (rank 6) and On-condition maint. (rank 7: routine rear-bearing cleaning, seal replacement) were added 2026-10-09 and placed by work impact (median labor hours and billed revenue). SB/TU is Category 1 only when it is the stated reason and no stronger event exists; otherwise it stays Category 2. Rear-bearing or seal jobs with a failure finding (metal, high oil pressure, failed check) stay Unscheduled repair. Hub WOs use
wo_technical_assets.primary_workscopeandpublic.kpi_wo_workscope; Hub WOs created after the last classification show as Unassigned until they are classified; historic WOs use the signed TMRs found in the database and in OneDrive (388 WOs, most read by OCR); the doubtful ones were reviewed by Angelo on 2026-10-13. Historic WOs without a TMR have no workscope yet. - Gates. Shown as stored in
work_orders.current_gate, scalepublic.kpi_gate_scale(2026-10-23). Engine shop: G1 Receiving, G2 Disassembly & Inspection, G3.1 Re-quote & Approval, G3.2 Material Gathering, G4 Assembly & Final Prep, G5 Final Release & RTS. Field service (prefixed FLD in the chart): G1 Planning & Dispatch, G2 In-Progress (Operations), G3 Review & Closeout. Entry and exit events per gate are not defined yet, so time-in-gate is a future feature that needs gate traceability. - Financials. From
historic.v_wo_economics_net, closed WOs. Billed revenue is net of tax. Gross profit = net billed − final cost. WOs billed with no cost loaded in Corridor (about 150, mostly 2016–2017) are left out of margin (Angelo 2026-10-26); module rentals with no cost keep their real margin. Including them would lift the overall margin by under one point. Open WOs are excluded because costs are still accruing. - Quotes. From the view
public.v_woq_pipeline, full Corridor quote history. Won = the quote has a linked WO, whatever its status (Angelo 2026-10-26); without a WO, closed, expired and cancelled quotes are lost; open and in-progress quotes stay open. Days to convert = quote opened → its WO created in Corridor; 0 days is valid (customer PO in hand). Won, lost and days to convert follow the period filter by quote opened date; the open pipeline is always current. The database syncs with Corridor daily. - Rotable lead time / waiting share. From
kpi_rotable_procurement_receipts: exchange units with cores only. Consumables and hardware have no receipt date yet. 30 lines from 2015–2025 still show "Pending / In Transit" on closed POs and are treated as stale. - Engine model (historic WOs). From
historic.v_wo_engine_model(TMR first, then quote title, then squawks; never guessed); about 1,500 of 2,107 WOs have one. Charts roll up to the engine family (Arriel 1, Arriel 2, Arrius 2, Other); pick a family to drill down to variants. Records that only say "ARRIEL 1", "ARRIEL 2" or "ARRIUS 2" show as "<family> (variant not specified)". Non-engine values such as SUPPORT_LOGISTICS count as not recorded. - Gross margin by engine model. Computed here as
gross_profit ÷ billed_revenue; the storedprofit_margin_pctis not used because it does not match that formula on about 300 WOs. WOs whose own margin falls outside −100% to +100% are left out of this chart (9 WOs in the full history) and counted under the chart. - Turnaround by engine model. Same rules as the other turnaround charts (closed WOs, finish date not in the future). Jobs longer than 365 days are kept and counted under the chart.
- Hours by technician. Corridor timecards (
shop_operations.v_labor_time_clean, every WO since 2014), per technician and work date. Duplicate and overlapping entries count zero (hours_effective, Angelo 2026-10-27). Only the shop technicians selected by Angelo are shown: John Fordred, Miguel Santillan, Mitchell Childree, Justin Cummings, Nathan (Nate) Wise, David Stark and Casey Stark, as first name + last initial. - Labor hours. Actual = timecard hours of all technicians net of duplicates; estimate =
historic.wo_economic_history.estimated_labor_hours; closed WOs with both values above zero. The Financials tile keeps the Engine Shop-only figure. Many WOs carry a very small estimate (6 h or less) and most of those land above 200%, so read the distribution together with the total ratio. - TMR coverage. A WO counts as covered when a record exists in
historic.tmr_records(columnhas_technical_tmrin the view). Loaded by Antigravity on 2026-10-14 (1,874 TMR records). Workscope still comes only frompublic.kpi_wo_workscope; the view'sprimary_workscopeis not used because it disagrees with the reviewed Category 1 on most WOs. - Vendors. Grouped by
vendor_code, so "Turbomeca USA" and "Safran Helicopter Engines USA" are one vendor (TURBOMECA).
